I am honoured to lead such a fantastic school where we nurture, inspire and empower your children to be the best they can be. It takes a village to raise a child and by working collaboratively with the children, parents and local community we can help children to fulfil their individual goals.

We have high aspirations for all our children and have developed a rich and inspiring curriculum and offer a broad range of experiences and opportunities. The core subjects of maths, English, science and P.E. are taught discreetly alongside PSHE and computing whilst the foundation subjects are taught through a topic-based approach, in order to engage and enthuse our pupils.

Head of School’s Welcome

It is a real privilege to welcome you to Ashby Fields, a school family built on kindness, care and strong relationships.

As Head of School, my priority is to ensure that every child feels happy, safe, valued and loved. We want every child to know that they belong, that they are listened to and that there are adults who believe in them and champion them every step of the way.

We provide a safe and nurturing environment where children feel confident to take risks, make mistakes, ask questions and embrace challenges. Through this, we nurture resilience, independence and a natural curiosity for learning.

Together, we want every child to flourish and leave Ashby Fields as a confident, kind and curious young person, ready to believe in themselves and the possibilities ahead.
